apparel made from carbon fabric?

I'm interested in working with carbon fabric for accents and details to some stylish yet heavy duty bicycle commuting clothing.
I've never worked with anything like this, and I can't seem to find much in the way of suppliers online that have the fabricy types of carbon textiles.
I know that a few higher end cycling companies have come up with fabrics like LE carbon or Mobil carbon which are made for this specificc purpose, but I can't seem to find anything like what they are using (and they have it patented!) I'd love a link to something like that, if anyone knows of anything.
Just experimenting a little
