Colouring-in An Electrical Taped Bicycle With Permanent Marker. Will It Rub Off On My Clothes Eventually?

I've inherited a bike which is entirely covered in PVC tape (electrical tape) in black and white. It's very bright and I'd like to tone it down.
Any other ideas? I don't want to pull it off, just improve upon it or leave it.

This question has already been asked and answered. Bike touring is different from other recreational activities in that it is an actual, practical form of transportation, and a very environmentally friendly one at that.
Look for “Harpya” by Raoul Servais. I am pretty sure that is the animation you spoke of. Servais has a few good shorts that are all worth a look.
