Why do you have to Bicycle wear shorts without underwear ?

Reply:
Cycling shorts or bibs are made to be worn without underwear. The chamois (the built in pad) is often made with anti-bacterial fabric and is designed specifically for contact with the skin. Wearing a layer between the shorts and skin will likely cause chafing, saddle sores, and all kinds of other irritation as the fabric will bunch up and get into uncomfortable areas. Both the chamois and shorts material will stretch and move with the motion of the cyclist where other materials won't.

Great cycling tips/information
Spin bikes are very stable, you would have to try to make one tip over. People are not walking around during a class, and it would still be very hard to tip a bike, they are heavy and designed to stay upright. Wearing a helmet would also be unbearably hot without the cooling breeze that you get cycling outside. I never ride a bicycle without a helmet, but would never consider wearing one indoors.

This is a great idea, especially on some narrow high-speed roads I have to share with cars
They used to say the same about motor bike helmets as I recall now look how cool they have become…and they save lives too as do cycle helmets. My grandson is not allowed on his bike unless he wears his helmet. And quite right too.
